Additionally, our personalized one-on-one coaching sessions provide educators with individualized guidance, feedback, and support to address specific challenges and goals.

This comprehensive program is designed to equip para-professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively support students with diverse learning needs. Through self-paced sessions, participants will have access to engaging modules covering a range of topics, including special education basics, effective communication strategies, behavior management techniques, and more. Additionally, our program includes personalized 1:1 coaching sessions to provide para-professionals/Instructional Aides and dedicated Aides with individualized support, feedback, and opportunities for deeper understanding.
